I have lived here since 2000. At first things were okay and I even listed a neutral review title "Good Points Bad Points". Well that has all changed. I am still constantly approached by my old neighbor (sec 8) who still request ciggs, money or rides. The garbage disposal busted the day before Thanksgiving and when I called I was told someone would be over before 5 PM. Yeah that never happened I had to go to a friends place and cook dinner there. Then it took them through the weekend to try to get it fixed I finally threatened to call the health department (staff member laughed at me, I told her it would be funny when I saw her in the court room and explained her lack of concern)they called an emergency plumber to fix it and he said the previous tenant had poured so much grease down the drain it took 2 hours to unclog. The grounds crew suck(ha ha thats a laugh, just a bunch of non-skilled -------- with power tools)they butcher the shrubery and trees to sticks. Now there is new management, they still suck. They really do look at you like you have just popped their balloon when you walk into the office with a package slip or a request. Gates are always broken. There was even an employee who lived one building down from me who was so lazy he would pull his Cadillac up onto the lawn area in front of his apartment to unload groceries and his parking space was 10 feet away.When I approached him about his illegal parking he informed me that he worked there and had permission to do whatever he wanted. Yeah right! Inconsiderate guest of residents are continually parking in the circles and fire lanes nothing gets done about it. One upstairs neighbor had a huge dog he would leave alone for hours and the dog just howled and barked into the early mornings. I finally complained enough that they evicted him. Dog owners walk their dogs through the grounds and never pick up the poo, even though several dispensers have been provided for that purpose. -------- all over the place and during the day the gates are left open so the dumpster divers have free access to the community and go through the trash picking out the items they want, talk about fear of identity theft. Now the new management has decided to raise the rent on all apartments. I have lived here for 6 years and my rent has gone up only 20 bucks, but now they are taking it up to 799 for the one bedroom ground floor apartment. Thats over 100 increase to me. Screw that I'm moving and I suggest to anyone thinking about this place to Just Say NO
