I lived at tempe groves for the last year...during that period of time, my car got broken into three times at this complex, not including the two times to one of my roommates. there are inconsiderate college kids(and I attend college)that break signs, vomit on the stair cases, and leave broken beer bottles everywhere. all of which take about a week or two to get cleaned up. The maintanance people have come in twice without our permission when we stressed and gave great emphasis on notifying us before entry. It took over three weeks to fix a faucet. a faucet that was overbearingly loud and squeeky for days on end. management is laughable, the walls are paper thin, but i guess it was pretty cheap...that's the only upside, and it is outweighed by everything else.
