Yes they are so nice when you first visit but they are selective and unjust in they way the treat their tentants. My roomates and I had the worst rental experience with them where the apt was seemingly very nice. But the experience is unbelieviable. However parties were fine and I didn mind cuz the noise never really bothered me but the vomitting and trash left in the hallways, stairs and grounds that never seemed to be cleaned did. We had some incidents with our neighbors and we ended up with the blame because the managment decided to oust everyone on our floor thinking we were partiers as well. We went to court over this and they settled because we just wanted out of there. We even joined the AZ Tentants Association to get them to see this place. And the AZ Tenant Assc. knows this place very well. Both my roomates had their car broken into(Guadalupe is just down the street), the parking is like parking at the mall with no security. Also the building we lived in had a problem with the fire sprinkler system flooding the apartments. I had a friend and met someone whose apt.s this happend to. My friend told me the damage to his electronic equipment would not be comphensated and the mangment said that he should of had apartment's insurance. And it started to grow mildew and they let him live there without removing it. The fire department told him that the sprinkler heads looked that they were not maintained properly. He tried to get a accident report from them but they told him that the apt would have to release it to him. If you read the other comments you can see this place has problems, its not just a bunch of nay sayers and spiteful people saying this. This really happens here.
