This place isn't in bad shape but stay away if you actually like getting a good night's sleep. There are tons of stupid ASU students here that don't understand that some people actually work for a living. Not to mention we have had a roach and cricket problem which gives me the creeps. This was my first apartment with my husband and I know it could have been worse, but if i had it all to do over again i would have NEVER lived here, or in tempe for that matter.
