i moved to tempe groves without fully investigating the community. the place looked attractive and inviting online, boy was i wrong. the staff is rude and unprofessional. i have had eviction notices sent to me twice although i have never been late. my car, a really old, beat up, who in their right mind would want it, was stolen right out of the lot. the management does not keep its resident updated on the crime that happens there. i think it is important to at least make residents aware. i lived next door to a girl who screamed, ranted and raved 3-4 times a week at 2am, took then 3 months to evict her. when i first got there someone would pull the fire alarm pretty much every night for 2-3 weeks.
