unless you want you living there to haunt you a year later, take my advice..dont live there..had i even known about this website prior to moving, i would have NEVER moved there.

so its bad enough that they kept giving me notice for non-payment of rent while i lived there..(never been late) so when my lease was up i moved out and several conversations later, they send me a bill for over $1000.00.

i called and called spoke to sherry, wendy and solana, with no resolve, all with promises that it was an accounting error and they would fix it.

finally after speaking to valerie, there was some resolve.

this took over 3 months to fix.

they would have conversations with me and deny that they took place.

here is my warning to you -- make sure you have a way to record any conversations you have with them.
