The most stingy company one can imagine

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I cannot reccommend this place to anyone, for the following reasons.
1.Rent was just raised about $100 per month.
2.No covered parking is available free; they charge $25 per month per spot.
3.The uncovered parking is very far away. It's closer to park in the complex next door and walk.
4.The landscaping is poor, covered with weeds, and infested with insects.
5.The machines in the work out room do not work properly.
6.The plumbing does not drain properly.
7.The gated entries do not work the majority of the time.
8.Mandatory annual inspections by staff.
