This place is bad guys.
The office staff here is one of the most callenging battles I have ever fought.
The apartment A/C did not work when we first moved in.
Granted it was 110* at the time outside, it nearly took a month to fix, and by the time they actually fixed it is still did not cool
to the temperature that was comfortable.
The apartments seems to be "luxary" but really they fall apart.
The sink fosset broke, the cupboards in the kitchen, the drains all are easily plugged, the carpet has nails that stab (be careful barefoot!), the maintainance never cleans anything up, the electric bills are outrageously high, like 300 a month in an apartment (which is rediculous).
Now, you might like the price when you first move in but don't be tempted and eat the apple.
Pay the extra money and be respected like an adult- you will in the long run pay less in all the extra expenses like a hospitol visit for a staph infection or all the cleaning and repair parts your will have to buy.
PLEASE BELIEVE ME DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
