This place is the worst place I have EVER lived at! And it's mostly because the corporation is greedy! They want money and more money and more money for EVERYTHING, but they treat you like crap after you move in.

They're always nice at first, just to suck you into their trap.

They don't tell you everything, so you end up screwed later on.

I moved in July, 2004 and in February of 2005, my bathroom ceiling had a MAJOR leak in it...it took them more than 2 months to get it fixed.

For being a "luxury" apartment, they have crap for maintenance.

Because in December of 2005, while taking out my Christmas storage from my storage closet, I found that the entire back wall and floor was COVERED in MOLD and so was half my stuff.

They would not pay for any of the damage, because "I should've had renter's insurance".

Gee, I thought if the building has structual damage that affects the inside, they're supposed to pay.

Then, it took them another 3 months to get that all cleaned up and "repaired".

All they did was paint over the mold, took out the carpet and did an awful job replacing it with cheap tile.

Now, my rent is going up.

For the crappy service I get, they want me to pay MORE money! I want out of here so bad, but I'm waiting for another apartment at another place, so I need to stay longer.

They want an EXTRA $100.00 to go month to month...making the total rent like a house payment! Yep..$976.00 a month! So, I ask to sign a 6 month lease and they tell me I can only sign 8, 10, 12, or 14! See how greedy they are!' Of course, I'm fighting it, because it's not right.

Oh, and their 2nd pool (the one AWAY from the office) has major build up on the tiles! Right now, the pool is turning green.

Whatever you do, don't give these greedy bastards your money.

Plus, the staff doesn't know squat.

They have a very high turn-over, probably because the manager is an insensitive B-word! They do not care.

I've never been treated this bad by any apartment complex.

All they care about is getting your money...which they lose in the office, along with important papers and documents.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! BOYCOTT TEMPE GROVES! TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY! DON'T MOVE HERE! IT'S A RIP-OFF!
