I had many problems with this place but I will highlight only the major ones.

I dealt with terrible noise from the tenant above me for nearly a year.

The complaints I made to the management were a waste of time.

Management promised to remedy the situation but did not.

Since I am a busy law student and had already been terribly inconvenienced, I thought I'd stick it out through the lease and spend my study time away from home.

Well, that was until my apartment flooded (caused by a backed up garbage disposal from another tenant) and again the promises made by management were broken.

Management staff first stated they would send staff to remedy the situation, then claimed that they had no duty to assist me at all (even though it wasn't my fault).

The only thing management ever did was mop up visible water on the floor and leave my kitchen a mess.

Other issues: The property grounds are often littered with trash and animal waste.

Management seems to care and then you find out they don't at all.

Often have to make your own repairs since management often does not.

Management is often rude and/or has attitude.
