My son goes to a school near by that has an A rating; which is the only reason I have lived at the Groves for the last 3 years. Graystar increases the rent every year and has gone overboard this year with the increase. My 2/2 apartment is not worth $985 a month. The walls are extremely thin. So thin I can hear my neighbor coughing, and even peeing when I was in the restroom. As far as the carpeting, Im actually able to pull it up, and when I do I see concrete and dirt. They didnt even bother to place padding in between.
I will give the company credit in fixing up the outside, and taking care of the cricket and waterbug problem that existed outside for 2 1/2 years.
If you need an apartment quickly The Groves will do, but I would only sign a 1 year lease. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
