We have lived there over 4 years and the rent has gone up every year . The gates never work , cops are in and out of there all the time. Maintenamce is a nightmare. The office staff always changes. They will NICKEL AND DIME YOU so they don't have to pay you your deposits back... We left the apt cleand but cuz i smoked in the apt they are charging me for that. The only reason i stayed there was cus i am on section 8 and a wheel chair.. I could go on but i would be here all day.

They tried to charge me for everything when I moved out, and I took them to court. As soon as the papers were served, they sent me a check for my deposit...which I didn't want to cash yet. After we went to court, they got off on a technicality because of the name that I put on there when I filed the lawsuit. Needless to say, I got to keep the check AND did not have to pay them all of the outrageous charges they billed me for when I moved. I won in the long run.

I know exactly who you are and the reason you were charged is because the carpet was destroyed, normally white walls were so yellow that it took professional painters 4 coats of paint to get it back to the normal color. Your viscious dog stained the kitchen and bathroom floors so they had to be replaced and there was food stuck to countertops, walls and the fridge had spoiled food all in it. the deposit you left did not even come close to covering all the damage that you left in that apartment.
