I lived in a building with pretty much families, so my stay for a year wasnt bad.
Most of my neighbors were pretty good.
Until the last few months I was there, some new people moved in below and around us and they wicked noisy.
Other than that Tempe Groves was a good place to live.
I didnt find it to be extravagant, and the rent always went up which was terrible.

They put in plants, shrubs, palm trees, new gym equipment (no apartment upgrades) and jacked up the rent!!!!!

Yep. My sister lives there, and I live across the street. They think just because they made it "look" nice (which I don't even think it does)that they can charge you over a thousand dollars rent for a 2bdrm 2bath apartment.
