**FOLLOW UP - TEMPE SLUMS PART 2..GOT MUCHHHHHH WORSE!**

Ok, ive lived the past 3 months of my life in this slum s**thole and I will tell you these have been the worst and most unhealthy months of my life! You seen what I said above when I first moved here 3 months ago and just when you think thats bad...well lets see, now in adition to all that. There are these what I call slum flies that live in here with me! Im not kidding when I say hundreds and hundreds non stop! Each day its getting worse. Theres not 3 mins that go by im not killing em or swatin em away! (you should see the 20 of em smashed on my PC screen as im typin this...I clean the screen daily else there'd be hundreds squashed on the screen!)

Trying to eat has been a major task as these things are literally all over the damn place...its been impossible to cook, I been havin to order out for the past month straight and counting! And even thats gettin hard to eat! These "slum flies" as I call em are those tiny tiny brown gnat lookin things that move fast but kinda in slow motion that you see flying around piles of week old dog s**t, garbage bins and really slummy areas.

Now, lets see, oh, theres also the stampeeding that goes on 24/7 (literally..and managment dont do jack or care) above me so no one down here can sleep (THUMP THUMP CRASH CRASH BANG THUMP THUMP), then theres the degenerate dirtbag teens that live across the way...oh and the last nice little iceing on the cake was the armed robery that took place last month in which someone a building over from me got held at gun point and robbed. Then, a few days later, some clown tried to break into where im at...but I caught him out and chased him off with a butcher knife...never seen a scumbag run so damn fast! lol

All I can honest to god say is this place is total HELL and is so bad, I cant even describe in words..i would say ghetto slum but damn, this crap makes a ghetto slum look like rich man's heaven!! If i make it in one piece through the next short while, im already lookin at gettin the f**k outta here and gettin a NICE and LIVEABLE house far far away as possible in a NICE neighborhood on the other side of Az.

Anyone reading this please, for the love of god if you value your health, hygene and just dignity as a human being...STEAR CLEAR OF THIS BEYOND GHETTO SLUM!!!!!!! dont let the high prices, fake pics on the net (and with god as my witness, they are truely fake!) or BS act put on by managment trick you like they all did me..you will regret it for the rest of your life!!!!

I really wish I had a digital cam to take pics of this dump and a half...cause like I said, you'd have to see it to believe it its so damn ungodly unliveable! A wild animal I dont think could even live in this s**t!! STEAR CLEAR!!!!

Its not much with all the hell ive described in my 2 posts, but concider this a very tiny taste/example..with my not very good web cam I was able to a take a pic of a part of the disgusting carpet and some of the smashed slum flies on my pc screen to get a taste of what swarms around me 24/7 to the point where its near impossible to eat!..youll get the point!...hopefully you all can see em! but it looks like this site is censoring them and not putting them up! afraid to expose the truth are we''

Maybe because you live like a pig! Most flies are attracted to crap and living conditions that they can be attracted too. I've lived here for a while and the property is great. If you were so upset, go to a higher authority. If you bought a home and the same thing happened are you going to blame the previous owner? What happened if they had pest control all the time and all of a sudden this started happening? Its just you. Don't blame anyone but yourself for the bugs because it sounds like you're a slob. Get over it. You sound like a nightmare resident that will complain about anything to get out of a lease. I have put in requests about ants and everything was taken care of. It took a few treatments but it was resolved.

Im the most cleanest person you'd ever know there pal. Have never had an issue like this anywhere I lived, nor been in anywhere so unkept and just pure filth and scum (not to mention the only place anyone has ever tried to break into my place). The short time I was in this hell hole, I had very nice neighbors who had the same problem..and they were anything but "pigs" and "slobs". They only had 1 month to go, and told me they had been having the filth, flies and rodents since the day they moved in also, but didnt know how to get out of the lease. The filth was from the moment I moved in too, while the movers were still there at that (they even looked worried for me). I went as high as possible with managment, they didnt do jack but make empty promises and a give major unpro attitude from the very first complaint. By your comments, you sound like a flunky for the managment honestly (same attitude and posting as "anonymous" as well - makes one wonder hmmmm??). If your not a flunky for managment, your a pure clown that probably grew up in the ghetto or has never had a clean, normal living space..and this to you is great living..and I feel for you...seriously. Read the other zillion reviews here that echo mine highly..I think they speak for themselves. Oh, and get a life too while your at it.

I have a question I live next door at pinnicle grove and im really really shocked to read your review. I remember when these apartments were built. It just sounds unbelieveable to me. are these flies coming apartment, or do you leave the window open? Im not saying your not telling the truth, but these apartments are 20 years older then tempe groves and there clean. Why wouldnt you just leave?? I wouldnt spent one more minute in there if i saw these conditions.

I would have invested in a bug bomb and a digital camera. Take pics of the apt, go to a lawyer to break your lease. Till you get it figured out bug bomb the place. Spraying doesn??????t work I??????ve been there. The bugs will leave after a bug bomb the survivors will move one to someone else??????s apt.

All of these apartment rating sites are --------. NO ONE is ever happy with any apartment complex, because the only people that have anything to say are the ones who are not satisfied. and P.S. you're disgusting "fly man" Fly's are a problem with cleanliness, nit the apartment. Get a life, or a maid! jesus! and learn some grammer skills "Im the most cleanest person you'd ever know there pal" -most cleanest? really?

for the above commentor...do you currently rent here, or are you just browsing sites such as these to be heard? i'm looking for valid reviews and yours just looks like it's taking a shot at the person who posted this. if you have nothing to help people you're kind of wasting your time and the time of others who are really trying to do their homework finding a suitable place to live and raise a family.
