The day I moved in there were three roaches on the bedroom wall and two in the bathtub. I spoke with management and they stated that it was because the apartment has sent empty for a bit. Well I have been here for a few months now and nothing has changed. We have them in our cupboards and bathroom. I have called management several times and one gentleman stated that they come in more when its colder outside (THAT IS BESIDES THE POINT) I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS! He also stated to me that pest control comes out on Thursdays and I will have to wait till then. The many times I have called to complain I have seen pest control in my apartment 0 times! Basically if you pay a pet deposit it is for the roaches to live in your place. DISGUSTING! On top of this.. I DO NOT OWN A PET and our carpet has a cat p*ss smell all over it! You can not lay on the floor, because that is all you smell. There are stains everywhere and nothing was cleaned when we moved in. The freaking garbage disposal sounds like a chain saw.. and they tell me that is normal. In several areas of the bathroom it looks like they used caulk to cover up mold and such. Also, we pay for gas- which the bill is terrible and the shower gets cold after two minutes. The oven(if you are baking a cake anything you place on top of the oven is cooked as well... that is how hot that stupid thing gets.. it does not matter how hot you put the temperature. The place is ridiculous. The pictures online are not what it looks like inside. Once you are a resident they are disrespectful, especially the man that works in there. THE PRICE I PAY FOR THIS ONE BEDROOM IS OUTREGOUS! SO DISGUSTING.. DONT DO IT! ROACHES AND THE SMELL OF CAT PEE IS NOT A PLCE YOU WANT TO LIVE

you should have read my review, story and pics of my hell before you moved in. im sorry you got suckered as i did. i got outta that -------- in 3 months time by breaking my lease (legaly) and am now living in a nice house far away from there. i more than feel your pain. the upside is, at least you can shower and cook..i couldnt even do that (again, read my story).
