I pay $900 for apartment and garage.
There is a pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, basketball court, and gym.
The old TV was stolen so for now there is not one [they are putting up a new one with an alarm this time] Update: new TV was stolen.
Pros:
quiet
close to everything
can pay rent online
Cons:
security from 7pm to 7am Update: what security'
limited parking
Update: car gets towed in legal parking zones.
Update: I'm moving to a Condo next year.
2 years is enough for this place.

The gas is for the heat. I used my heat for five minutes last year to get the chill out.

I would re-consider getting a condo! Thank god I only rent the condo I am in....It's the nicest place I live in but the thin ceilings at this condo are ridiculous, You can hear everyone around you. Don't let the condo thing fool you, It's just a glorified apartment and the noise here is worse than any condo I live in!
