I've been living in these apartments since March of 2008 and I liked my Tempe Groves expirience.

I started corresponding with Tempe Groves over the phone when I was looking for a place to live in Arizona. I had never been to AZ in my life but I had accepted a job transfer with my company. I called a lot of apartments that were close to my new job, but the Leasing Consultant, Shannon, cemented my choice to move in.
The office has always been willing to assist and every time I had an issue with anything things were taken care of in a timely manner. The maintenance techs are friendly and quick whenever I call for something to be fixed.

I like the landscaping - being that there is ample space in between the buildings - but is nothing remarkable. It can be annoying to traverse large lagoons that accumulate during the monsoon season and keep an eye out for pet waste that other residents forget to pick up.

The noise levels were nothing unreasonable for apartment living. I actually had a neighbor courteous enough to let me know whenever she was having company come over! Occasionally, I heard my upstairs neighbor, but nothing abnormal.

Tempe Groves is definitely no Bellagio but its home.
