The apartments look very nice and the facilities are alright.

The staff however is very rude.

While I was visiting a friend at the apartments and considering to move in myself, I parked in the future resident parking (along with four or five other cars).

The next morning when I get up, all the other cars are gone and my car has a note on it threatening a towing.

I go inside and explain the situation, that I'm checking out their facilities and staying with a friend, and that I'll move it after I go for a jog.

I also explained to them that in Arizona it is illegal to tow a vehicle without the proper ARS code on a sign out front.
The blonde lady in the front office was unbelievably rude to me.

After I came back from my jog and was going inside to grab my keys I saw another, even more abrasive note.

I went inside and asked about it and the blonde lady accused me of being rude and trying to not "follow the community rules." I told her I was about to move my car and again explained to her that even if she wanted to, it would be illegal to move the vehicle according to ARS 9-499.05 (I didn't have the code at the time, I just gave her the gist).

I then told her I would go back and grab my keys to move the vehicle.

When I came back with my keys, she was standing outside looking at my car talking to the police.
The office staff here is downright hostile.

My friend who lives here has complained several times of being harassed by the staff and even of having the night security guard hang around outside her apartment to use her wi-fi.

Although this place looks nice, the staff definitely ruins it.
