I recently moved here from Santa Monica,CA.
The enclave office staff was helpful,the building is kept in pretty good shape.However the electric bill is high and trying to get a water,sewage bill is rather diffcult. Also due to the fact that it is near the university they rent to many college kids so it is not unusal to hear late night partying and other thigs of that nature. I know that once my lease is up will rent a house fo the same amount I am paying for this apartment
