I've been here for two years.

Good location, the neighborhood is awesome.

The management is below average.

If you like to sleep past 7:30-8am on weekdays, once a week or so you'll be rudely awakened by the sound of blowers and trimmers and other loud maintenance machinery.

Apparently this can't be done any other time.

(Even in the winter.) The condition of the apartments is alright, nothing exceptional.

It's one of the best places to live around ASU, but that's not the highest standard.

I've been looking at other places nearby, you get a lot more for your money at a place called CityScape.
