I lived here a few years ago and it was a total disaster. The complex is alright but the staff must be hired straight out of prison.

Parking is alright if you live on the outside of the complex but if you live in the central area and have more than one car prepare for a hike.

Noise level is rediculous. Lots of parties, lots of cops, lots of people complaining and even worse THERE WERE PEOPLE LIGHTING OFF FIREWORKS AT NIGHT ON A CONSISTENT BASIS.

Grounds had, broken lighting fixtures unclean BBQ areas where residents would pee in the BBQ. Is this Vietnam'

Safety HA not here. Let's just say my neighbors were having a fairly quiet party and the security guard came to MY DOOR and was pointing a tazer at ME!

And the worst part was the office staff the ones that could read were arogant and plain evil. The staff treated me like they were my second grade teacher soley because I was under the age of 30. If I had a maintainence problem it usually involved getting in an argument with them before they would actually write the request and worst of all they tried to fine us and threatened to evict us after receiving a noise complaint on an evening when WE WEREN'T EVEN HOME. All in all I would say don't live here unless you want to recreate the feeling of a concentration camp.

I have lived at The Enclave for the past 6 years! There is no better location if you want to live in Tempe. There have been a few bad eggs, trust me, this is Tempe after all. But the staff is great at taking care of the situation. Not sure of how long ago you lived here but I would much rather live here than anywhere else I've been in the Tempe area. A Concentration camp??? Come on!

I lived there for 5 years with my family and obviously this person was a rich college student where daddy paid the bills. Awesome staff, best place to live in Tempe.
