If you are looking for a place to party, try University House or Archstone. The cops will be called promptly if you have more than two people over. My neighbors got kicked out because they had more than five people over. That's right, they have a limit on the number of people allowed in your apartment at one time. The apartments were nothing special, your typical Tempe apartment. The management is borderline retarded and they seem to do landscaping monday thru thursday at 7:00 in the morning.
