Loved it, but pricey

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I lived here with my wife for 1 year and thought it was great. They were extremely good about fixing things and the pool and grounds were usually pretty nice. I felt safe there as well. Great location for a student who doesn't want to live near other students. Quiet place. They did raise our rent significantly though, and we had to move. (25% in one year)
