I'm a college student and lived at the Enclave for a year. The staff was very good, except for the manager. He was a liar and is there to take advantage of all college students that cross his path. We spent 8 hours cleaning the apartment and shampooing the carpet (even after the ladies int he office said we did not have to do it) and was told it was dirty and stains on the carpet. Also, we were misled on our move out date and was told by Charles that we were responsible for rent, even though he had other renters. I do believe that is against the law. I feel the manager should be fired before the Enclave gets a bad enough name that no one rents there. The owner ought to consider a change in personnel.
