apartments falling apart!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
The apartments are way too old to be charging what they charge to live there! The office is horrible too, they never do their job and take no responsibility for anything! there are many other apartments for the same price, that are much nicer. I would never recommend living there!
