The Enclave is a really good apartment complex if you don't have a car or want to walk to the grocery store. It is walking distance to Sunflower Market, Fry's, Basha's, CVS, and Walgreens amongst other stores. The orbit picks you up and drops you off on the other side of Dorsey Lane. The complex is right down the street from the Rt 61 bus stop.
I think that the apartments are really nice. They are really roomy & they have a washer and dryer in the unit. I have been living here since January and the complex is really quiet ( rarely any parties) and family friendly. The only downside is that the walls are really thin, so you can hear your neighbor's music even if it isn't turned up high. They also have a 24 hour heated pool that you can swim in. It is really pricey, but I personally think it is well worth it because it is so close to everything.
I am disabled and they are part of a mobility impaired program. When I put in the paperwork to get my apartment made accessible, they did it right away. It was done within a week or even less. I looked at other places around Tempe and The Enclave was the most accessible. As a disabled person, I recommend living here.
