alright, but thats about it

affordable, but very noisy, I am sitting here right now at 4:11PM listening to someone literally banging drums in a nearby apartment, and it has been like that for weeks.
There are bugs (ants) and also the people next door smoke hookah and other things on their patio which somehow 'drifts' into my apartment.
I was told my apartment smells like hash because of this.
Was good I guess for the time I was here, in that that rent was affordable, it's unfortunate because the layout of the apts is great, it's just the lack of new carpet, no floor molding, poor finishes, etc that make it non-luxurious.
I'll be finding someplace else to leave when my lease is up.
Also many stray cats on the property, called maintainance nothing was done.
