These are by far the nicest apartments in Tempe

This is a very unique, brand new apartment community. Definitly the nicest and most expensive in the Tempe area, but worth it in my opinion. Rent is at least 800 a month on the smallest 1 bedroom which is over 800 square ft. Great location (close to ASU and Mill avenue), really nice amenities, and beautiful, spacious apartments. Another plus is the underground parking garage which you won't find anywhere else in Tempe. You will definitly appreciate it when it is 110 outside and you dont have to worry about your car being too hot. If you can afford it, the Trillium at Rio Salado is the place to be.
