Been here about 6 months, I live with roomates and for the money this place has been pretty good. Unfotunately I will not be able to stay here any longer because my roomates cannot afford to live here anymore and even a studio apartment is $825 a month! :( It is expensive, but rightfully so.

Parking: Excellent, unforutnatley you only get one underground space, and another is an extra $50 a month. On site storage is a plus and comapritively cheap, but unless you're parking space is directly in front of it, access is limited by people who park to close to the door.

Pool/gym/barbaque. You cannot have a grill on you're own balcony, but they more than make up for it with one of the nicest outdoor grill areas I've ever seen, plus there are several smaller grills placed through out the complex as well. Pool is heated and top notch, as is the hot tub, gym has plenty of machines, but not enough benches if you're into free weights. Movie theater is also a plus.

Staff/Maintenence: aside from a few boggles (we moved in two weeks after the place opened) Maintence requests are attended to in a timely manner, and the staff has been very friendly and helpful since day one. There's a free shuttle van that I've used to get to the airport numerous times, and they even have free bicycles you can borrow for short trips to Mill Ave/ASU.

Cons: Only complaint is the airplanes flying over head and lack of cell phone reception on the lower floors.
