These apartments are nice but there are some annoying things you might not know until you move in:
Pros:
The apartment itself is nice
Elevators
Parking garage (though you only get one space)
Plentiful outdoor parking
Good location
Nice pool areas
Nice landscaping
Cons:
The computer lab has 4 computers that are ONLY available during office hours. I go there quite frequently and usually three of the four computers are not working. The staff is of no help in fixing this situation.
Also the fitness center requires an additional $50 deposit (tacky!)
Staff is OK. Sometimes they seem a little indifferent. If you are coming from a community where the staff is very involved and committed to the satisfaction of their residents then the Rio staff may disappoint you.
Also, it seems like every person who lives here is a student at ASU. For the price, I expected more professional people like myself. However, if you are a spoiled rich kid you will fit right in here.
