Overall, this is a nice place to live. Contrary to what another reviewer said, the shuttle service and boat rentals have not been revoked. The shuttle service is still offered, and has a dedicated driver. The boat rental was apparently never truly available to begin with, but will be in 2006.
The staff is generally helpful and professional. Stacy (think Eva Longoria, but better) and Julie (think Nicollette Sheridan, but better) are very efficient and on the ball.
The best feature of the community is the free underground garage parking. I don't know of any other community that offers this - many of them charge extra for a conventional garage. It's great to be able to keep your car completely out of the sun. The shuttle service is a big plus too - they'll even take you to the airport.
Minuses: Pool is not 24 hours anymore - closes at 11:00 p.m.
