I lived at Trillium @ Rio Salado from 4/2005-12/2005. I would imagine my review is as legit as anyone elses. I lived at the 987 side apartment 331. Not necessarily the best apartment but not the worst either. I never had to call for a problem with the apartment. Everything worked and the noise was only a problem if you already have sleeping problems. Neither me or my gf had trouble sleeping. I cannot complain about the front staff either because I rarely dealt with them. In fact, I got my full security deposit back without any questions. I would actually recommend this apartment complex. The underground parking is great even though the elevators are down occasionally. You can't expect it to work 100% of the time so it's nice to have otherwise. The convenience to the freeways and location are really the main reason to live here. The pools/bbq areas are decent enough that I never had a problem with them. I'm not a high-maintenance person at all but this complex did not live up to the frat-house description that some have painted. It really is a good place to live.
