Incompetent counsultants. The shuttle van runs when it wants forcing residents to take taxis from Tempe and Scottsdale back home. Very fake customer service. When you visit the complex and sign the lease, the ladies are generous. Once you become a resident, customer service is out the window. The movie theater is never available to rent. And if you try to watch a movie during the day, you'll get yelled at. You can't sit in the hot tub after 11:01 or security will kick you out. This place sucks and is too expensive.
