Moved in a few months ago. I thought the place looked great and has a little security due to the gates!Since I moved here the gates to the main entrance and the 2nd gates on Washington Ave, which you can't use due to lightrail construction and the covered parking garage and the gates that lead to the elevator have been broken most of the time. Have seen several car windows broken into in outside lot I'm assuming they have been broken into.When you call about the gates you are told that they are waiting for parts. That's all of the time. You would think by now that they would change the gates or find a vendor that stocks the parts since they are a problem all of the time. I think you can live in a quiter apartment complex since you are right in the flight path of airport, and the light rail construction that starts early in the morning and many ASU students living here. Plus a train that runs all hours of the day.Before signing your lease I'd suggest you park at the main gate around 5:30PM - 7:00PM and see just who lives there.It would be worth your time and the then you will get a good feel for who your neighbors could be. Durning the day most teenagers young adults sleep so the complex seems quite.My advise to much money for fasle sense of security and not quite at all, if you can sleep to load music,construction noise, airplanes and trains this place is great!If not keep seaching!
