I'm currently too busy with school and work to move, but I can confirm the other negative reviews posted here. The office staff really are terrible and nothing is going to get done the first time you request it, and maybe not the second. They spend all of their time selling new tenants and really don't have time for you. As far as noise and partying, yes and yes. Besides the typical frat like behavior such as the constant bartime 'wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo its tuesday(or sunday or monday or heaven forbid saturday) and I'm totally drunk wooooooooooooooooo', a few weeks ago someone decided it would be fun to drink all night and toss their empties off the third floor balcony, at one point at other residents (maybe they knew them' what the hell do I know.) The other noise issue is the plane/train/vehicle/construction noise. Again I can corroborate all of these complaints. We are literally underneath the airport and planes don't get much closer to the ground before they land. I'm facing away from the train (and 202) so it doesn't bother me as much, but Center Pkwy is a hill and there are noisy cars and trucks speeding up it all damn night. There are also wall noise issues. I'm not particularly loud and Ive had one of my neighbors yell at me a few times even. Finally, yeah the gates, for something like 3 months straight, were just stuck open. They have been operational for around a month now, however. I personally don't believe gates provide any security at all so I didn't care, but if you believe in that kind of stuff you are going to be disappointed. Over all you may be surprised to hear me say Trillium is actually not a slum. Most complaints could be rectified if management decided to take note and justify the steep price they charge for the luxury that I promise you will not receive.
