The management staff is awesome, there always on top of their game and get things done as soon as possible. The construction is annoying, trying to get home off mill it tends to back up because of all the construction. The train sucks and the planes do fly over all the time. its a good mix of people, either college kids or business professionals. Recommend for tempe, definately alot better than marbeya and archstone.
