Good:
- easy access to the highway and in future, very easy access to the light rail
- clean and well maintained
- apartment layouts are well designed
- modern kitchen with black colored appliances on black countertops
- tracked lighting in apt.
- friendly office staff (except the manager who can seems haughty)
- covered basement parking so your car doesn't get hot during the day (but only 1 parking space allocated in the basement per apt)
- good response when it comes to maintenance
- well equipped gym
- internet PCs, fax and photocopier at leasing office
- mini theatre
- one of the BBQ area is covered and equipped with sink, fridge and icemaker

Bad: mainly noise pollution
- some uni students can get pretty noisy esp on Fri and Sat nights. The apt management states that quiet time is between 10am and 10pm, but some tenants do not follow the rules.
- the apt blocks are right between train tracks and light rail tracks. So if your unit faces either one of these, beware. Construction noise from the light rail works might get to you. If it faces the train tracks, even worse as the trains run 24 hours and whenever they pass by, they sound their horns. My apt faces away from the tracks and I can still hear the horns though they don't bother me much, I can't imagine how loud they can be if your unit faces the train tracks.
- planes landing can be a bother to some. For me, it's a minor irritation and the noise don't bother me when I sleep (unless I have the windows open)
- there's supposed to be a wide selection of DVDs for tenants at no charge, but so far the less than 10 titles I've seen were really outdated

UGLY:
- poor ventilation in the elevator so when summer comes, it can feel like a sauna inside.
- Elevator runs too slow
