The management has changed. So there are many new changes and my review of the old apt would be worthless. So, my roommate and I have been less pleased with the new management. The transition between the old and new mgmt companies was less than ideal. Many rules have changed such as they now allow dogs. I have had to go to the office multiple times to clarify our lease. The office staff is fairly pleasant but doesn't always know what's going on. But they managed to fix our broken ac unit in 1 day. The workout facility is pretty nice and i haven't had many problems with it. The pool is pretty nice and they have recently added new furniture to replace the old stuff. The grounds are picked up and maintained very well. The biggest problem is the gates... they never work properly. Many times 1 of the 2 gates will be broken. The noise isn't too bad, my unit is right by the stairs and there is always noise from drunk kids at 3 am. Not that it's bad all over, just by the stairs. It seems as though the average age of the renters has become more ASU college age instead of the young prof. age when we first moved in. I am a little less satisfied with the apt because the prior staff was very good. However, I still think this is a good place to live and would feel comfortable recommending it to people. The wild card is the new mgmt company. I would rate this place as a 4.25 down from 4.75 / 5. I would be concerned if the new mgmt company doesn't improve their communication with residents.
