I've seen mice running around in the fitness center, and I once saw a dead mouse floating in the pool. The employees in the management office are jerks, and the maintenance crew NEVER once came and fixed anything, despite us submitting several requests.
This place is an absolute RIPOFF. They charge you extra money for the appearance of security (which is a joke, b/c most of the gates and locks are broken), and a fancy leasing office. Most of the fixtures in the apartments are cheap knockoffs (fake granite, etc). And they will do anything they can to try to get more money out of you... such as "forgetting" to send you your renewal notice and then charging you when you don't respond to it.
DO NOT LIVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
