After putting in a year at this place, I have concluded that this is the absolute WORST place I have ever lived. The management staff has changed many times since I signed a lease there, and it got worse each time!
They would repeatedly turn me away from the office when it was within 10 minutes of closing. The maintainance crew did come by once, but they caused more problems than they fixed. And security' I cannot even count how many fliers and postings I've had on my door/car about people looking for information of people who broke in to their cars. Not to mention the 'security' gates they have at each entrance are often broken, and left open.
I could not wait to move out of this place. Best decision I ever made was to leave and never look back. DO NOT RENT HERE.

None of the these complaints are legit. How did the office staff get worse? Maintenance didn't come by once? Did you put a request in? They don't make weekly routines. And if they never came by, how did they cause more problems than they fixed???? And no matter where you go there's going to be fliers asking those questions from people. You never said the place was dirty, loud or overpriced... The reasons that truly make a place unbearable.

I agree. Haha seems like whoever wrote that just felt like whining. Get over your unrealistic expectations. There is no such thing as perfection.
