Management is the worst!!!

I have lived here for almost 5 years because I love the location. However, Management has changed several times since I first signed my lease. I have talked to talk to the Manager and was told he would call me back. No call. A week later called again. Nothing again. They are always messing up my bills or my rent. One month, even put a notice on my door that if I didn't pay my rent in 3 days, they were taking me to court. I called them and told them I paid my rent on the 3rd and had a copy of the check to prove it. I asked them why they haven't called before it got to this point and they told me they had put a notice on my door and I ignored it. Not the case, if so I would have called them then and straighten it out.
For living there, 5 years they are NEVER willing to work with me as far as my rent even though people just moving in pay less than me.
Management allows pets, which is a NIGHTmare as there is dog crap all over including the elevators. Dogs piss in the elevators and then sit for weeks in 100 degree weather. Smells horrible!!!

As the Manager here at The Lofts, I am not aware of this issue, since it was posted without a name or way to contact, I am at a loss. I respond to all calls received, usually within 24 hours. As for the rent issue, if rent is not received by the 3rd of the month, we are required to serve notice, this is a state requirement. If there is a problem with the rental payment, it is best to speak with us before the 3rd, to make neccessary arrangements. As for paying more than your neighbors. Price is based on supply and demand, we do not set the prices. Just as with anything else that can be bought, someone can always get a better deal, based on when they make the purchase. I work very hard to keep prices comparable in the area. Finally, the waste issues is a problem with your neighbors. We do what we can, however, it is up to the pet owners to clean up after their pets. We have pet stations throughout the property.
