Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
Expensive, terrible roommate matching services, bad utilities, riots every weekend. There was a shooting the week I moved out. Utterly INCOMPETENT management and maintenance staff. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION IS A SERIOUS FIRE HAZARD!
