Reviews that stated the apartments are nice are not recent, or wrong. My apartment was anything but nice, bad carpet, windows, no screens, counter tops, bathroom floors... all were in need of help. And, guess what, they wanted to charge me for everything when I moved out.

I'm still waiting for them to get back to me about my letter of dispute of my charges. Wait, I'm mistaken, they did get back to me 6 months after I gave it to them telling me I had not sent them one and that I owed them money. When confronted with evidence to the contrary, they told me that they would "get back to me" when they had dealt with the other 200 or so similar cases they had at the time. Now it's almost a year later and I'm still waiting.

To sum it up: the management are crooks, preying on naive college students. And believe everything that was said about crime, parties, and serious danger to your life and posessions.

Parking sucks on the weekends when everyone and their mother is having a party. I had to park elsewhere many times. During the weeks its good though.

The stairwell I had to walk up was broken the entire year, even after being "fixed" several times. It would sway several feet with an ascent.
