The appt. they show you is not what yours will look like!Mine, and everyone elses( I have been to alot of the others appts.)has badly staind carpets,crapy funiture,and walls that are extremely thin. I am a party person who can sleep through anything but sometimes it gets so bad i have to sleep somewhere else because it is so noisy. The people below us moved out because we were to it was too noisy. If your moving here because you want to party, think again. You will be fined, have stuff stolen.(this i guarentee) we have had ---- stolen (or someone at least tryed to steal something) at every party we had. we were put on probation for a party that was not ours when we were out of town. I was warned so many times not to move here. and I am warning you because you are a good person that deserves better than this. I guarentee if you look anywhere else it will be nicer and at least 170 dallars cheaper!

(buy the way the I dont know one person here that has not had something done to their car, tires slashed,cd players stolen,keyed,rims taken,windows bashed,and the favorite is that a drunk idiot will hit your car then drive away)

My carpet was new. And the walls in my apartment were repainted. Yes it is loud and no from what i have seen, the rates for other apartments are just as expensive as the village. I prefer to live at the village instead of some ghetto apartment around the Tempe Area. The apartments that are 170 dollars cheaper look like crap. I guess i was lucky, beacuse the section where i live at the Village is not that bad.
