In all honesty, I can see why some would be reluctant to heap praise upon this particular place. IT IS A COLLEGE-AGE COMMUNITY. If this to you means dozens of eager young scholars philosophically discussing life, you're an idiot. Most of the time (Sun-Thur night) it is realatively calm and pretty quiet. The weekends tend to cater to those who like to enjoy themselves. The security here is excellent, here seven days a week. They do not hesitate to quiet things down at the resonable time of 1 A.M. Nor do they hesitate to call the police when situations arise. Most people here are friendly and enjoy living in this place. I drive a nice car and have had no trouble. If someone plays their music too loud, call management. A little story about that, it was recently acquired by new owners who have been changing the reputation of the place, which at one point was EXTREMELY rowdy, but has calmed considerably. Rent is a little high, but the security of individual leases is comforting. (Price I left, is for me, my roomate pays the same, apartments are furnished.)Enough.
