I moved out over a year and a half ago and recived a bill for some "damage" to my apatment. I asked for a list and all the things they charged me for were there upon move-in and noted on my move-in check list. I wrote 7 letters, made 10 phone calls and spoke to at least 4 different managers. Each time I was assured the charges would be taken care of. Last month I got my credit pulled and found they had reported me! After several more calls and lies told by the staff I decided to pay the money. I cannot understand how they continue to operate with such unprofessional management. They have the kids that live there run the office, and not very well! I moved to The Saddle Club and have been here for a year and a half, this place is a dream! They are accountable for there actions and if you walk in the office it's not a new person every week! Get out of Village on University while you can, but don't expect not to pay!

thats horrible about your credit, I literally contacted the CEO of the entire corp to get mine taken care of,totally unreal is all I can say.
