Pros:
*Location is great! You are so close to campus that walking is nice or the Flash picks up and drops off in back of complex. Very convenient because you don't have to buy an ASU parking pass.
*nice gym equipment
*friendly maintenance guys
*mostly decent furniture
*maintenance requests were taken care of quickly and efficiently.
*all students, so there are endless opportunities to make friends
*Plenty of parking available
Cons:
*1st floor apartments have serious bug problem
*people think its amusing to set off their car alarms at 3 or 4 in the morning
*Over the year, HBO and our phone service was taken away, yet we didn't get a rent decrease
*Gate was broken for months, but i still had to pay to live in a "gated" community
*security guards are a waste of time-never there when you need them...haven't seen them in months, in fact.
*Power plant sounds like an airplane outside the window for about 2-3 hours per day
*I plan on coming back next year, but I have to move out in July just to move back in during August!
*This isn't the complex's fault, but people drive too fast in the parking lot, there are a lot of vehicle break-ins, and you can count on your car getting dented by the end of your lease.

Mantinence is definately good here. I've met the head guy, nice person. Things get fixed quick, which is necessary because everything is constantly broken. Shame that there are so many problems with the violence and drugs that it is too unsafe to live here for any logically college student. |
