THIS WOULD BE YOUR WORST DECISION

Parking: They give you a clicker for the gate. Mine never worked from the day I moved in and they told me to put a new battery in. I went to the office THREE TIMES after changing the battery and would not replace it. My car has had beer cans on it numerous times in the morning not to mention the dents in my door from ppl being reckless.
Noise Level: if you are student and like to party, this is a good place to be on the weekends. However there is always a party here 24/7. The people below me always had parties, the people above always stomped on the floor. If parents are reading this, I as a student am strongly suggesting that you do not allow your child here if you do not want them upset or failing school!
Grounds: The upkeep was good but the people who maintain the area are total creeps
Safety: Well, the day i moved in, my next door neighbor was robbed while she helped me move boxes into my apartment while her roommate was in their apartment sleeping! They guy went into her room and woke her up then pretended to have the wrong apartment. The person below them had his motorcycle stolen too. They have a need for security guards, how safe do you think this place really is'
Construction: The entire building looks like it is going to collapse if you look at the outside carefully. We have had leaks in the ceiling in the bathroom, front door wouldnt lock, the sinks werent cut properly, everything was put together extremely poorly.
Maintenance Service Quality: The toilet in our shared bathroom was leaking and it took the maintenance staff along with the manager 3 times to get it right (three seems to be their lucky number). They rarely come out the same day, and the emergency line takes a minimum of 2 hours for anyone to respond (I had to call twice). One of those times all the fire alarms went off and we couldnt get one of them to turn off bc it was in a locked room.
Office Staff: I move out in 2 days and thus far they have been nice and always willing to help with anything I have come to them with.
If you are an incoming freshman with no luck getting into a dorm, do yourself a favor and do not sign a lease here especially if you are out of state and can't live at home. You will most likely hate every aspect of this place.

Yes, and also the smoke detectors... I moved in in the beginning of march.. smoke detector slots there, and wires hanging out of the ceiling... smoke detector units themselves were in the closet... put in a maintenance request RIGHT UPON MOVE IN... still... it's almost June... maintenance still hasn't replaced it.
