There were many nights (even during the week) when I couldn't sleep because the people below us had their music so loud it shook my floor and walls. I had to call security and the cops several times. One time the swat team showed up at our building, because a party got out of control and some guy was threatening people with a gun. The fire alarm would also go off frequently for hours at a time in the middle of the night. But if you are looking for a party this is the place for you. Any time I tried to use the hot tub it was lukewarm at best. Our washing machine did die, but it was fixed pretty quickly. The problem was the maitenance man didn't properly connect the hose and the next time we went to do laundry our apartment flooded. But that was taken care of quickly as well. My other problem with the office staff was the manager refused to transfer me to another apartment when one of my roommates physically attacked me. Nor would he allow me to break my lease. To top it all off my truck was stolen from the "gated" parking lot. Overall the apartments weren't that bad, except for the noise and my psyco roommate.
