When I moved in, I was driving from California to Tempe, and got caught in traffic. I called on my cell phone to tell them I?d be a little bit late, and the lady told me that I?d be sleeping in my car then because she was leaving at 5:30 pm no matter what.





I had a friend stay with me for 2 weeks and his bike got stolen off a 2nd floor balcony. When I told the office about it, they threatened to evict me for having an unauthorized occupant. I tried to explain to them that he was only there for 2 weeks, but they basically told me to keep my mouth shut about the theft. Meanwhile some ***'s kid got my friend's bike for christmas.





Shortly after my friend had left, I came out of the bathtub to find a bunch of drunk -------- chilling in my living room watching my TV. They?d climbed up through. the balcony. Even if you're upstairs, LOCK THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR.





Cockroaches were a consistent problem, the disposal never worked and was never fixed, and you couldn?t get DSL/high speed internet installed. the walls are so thin you could hear your neighbor snore, and oh, and they never did give me a code for the gate. i guess that wasn't really a problem, they were never locked to begin with.





When I decided to move out, I gave them my rent check along with my notice to vacate. The stupid lady at the office filed my notice to vacate and threw my rent check away. They put up a notice of unpaid rent on my door, but it was for the wrong apartment so I didn?t think anything of it...Then when I had an eviction notice a couple weeks later, I blew up on them for a) losing my rent check, b) putting up the wrong notice, and c) being all around snotty, snobby, half-assed, stupid, unorganized, and pretty much anything else you can think of. The complex manager was probably the worst of them all.



oh, and the mail room always smelled like armpits.





The only good thing about this place is the location, but stay away! Maybe I just had a bad experience, but my advice: Run! Run! Run!
